As a College Student, you are our city's lifeblood, and we want to equip you to live confidently as Christians on campus. We'll help you figure out what it looks like to be a believer while in school and prepare you to be faithful after graduation. Through LifeGroups and Midtown College events, you will connect and experience life in a community built around trusting Christ.

To get involved, join a LifeGroup! LifeGroups are the very core of our church family. They are where we live out our vision of being a Jesus-centered family on mission. Our desire is that every student connected to our church would be connected through a LifeGroup.

LifeGroups are the best thing we do as a church and College Ministry. In same-gender groups led by fellow college students, we get together to discuss the sermon, read scripture, and pray for one another, hoping that we become more like Jesus and see His Kingdom come to Columbia.

Everyone is welcome! Believer or non-believer! Member or non-member. Old or young, introvert or extrovert... you get the picture. We believe LifeGroups are the best place to experience the gospel no matter who you are, so we want everyone to join.

I don't know anyone. What should I do? Sign-up anyway. It sounds simple, but we try to make LifeGroups a welcoming environment for new people. Everyone has had a first time at a LifeGroup, so you are not alone. Also, we'll have one of the leaders contact you and connect before the first meeting.
First Five is our college worship night!
Join us each Thursday night as we gather together for worship and teaching at 1614 Barnwell Street.
Food and party at 7:30pm. Worship at 8pm.

Trips, like Fall Retreat and Spring Break, are one of our main avenues for building strong friendships and shared memories together. We look at these opportunities as key milestones for you.

Come join us for a weekend of fellowship, teaching, and fun at the beach!
We will host our annual College Fall Retreat for college students at our Downtown church on September 27 - 29, 2024 at Ridge Haven Retreat Center.
The price is $89. Register by September 26.

We are headed to Orlando for a fun filled Spring Break! Join us as we serve those in need, worship the Lord, and grow in community.
Our Spring Break trip is March 9th-13th. The price is $269. This includes a one day ticket to Universal Studios! Register by February 27.

College Lunch take place on Sundays following the 11:00am Gathering. If you are in college and hungry— come join us!
